If so, we would like to have you join us. The Londonderry School is seeking a Full-Time Development Coordinator.

We are seeking a mission-aligned, community-oriented Full-Time Development Coordinator to support and grow its fundraising, community engagement, and alumni relations efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with staff, families, and board members to strengthen the school’s financial sustainability and deepen connections within the Londonderry community.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Donor Relations, Support and coordinate the school’s annual giving campaign and EITC donation processes, Assist with donor outreach, stewardship, and acknowledgment processes, Maintain and update donor records in the school’s development database, Collaborate on grant writing and reporting for foundations and funding partners, Event Planning & Community Engagement, Assist with planning and execution of fundraising and community-building events (e.g., annual auction, Winterfest, Fun Runs), Help recruit and support parent and community volunteers, Partner with faculty and staff to tell the school’s story through events and outreach, Communications & Alumni Relations, Create compelling content for development-related emails, social media, newsletters, and donor communications and manage Facebook and Instagram, Build and maintain relationships with alumni and alumni families, Help develop an alumni database and communications strategy, Administrative Support, Track donations, pledges, and acknowledgments accurately, Prepare reports and materials for the Development Committee and Board of Directors, Collaborate closely with the School Director and business office on budgeting and reporting

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Passion for education, community building, and equity, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, dynamic team, Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic database or CRM systems, Prior experience in development, nonprofit fundraising, or community outreach, Familiarity with donor management tools (e.g., DonorPerfect, or similar), Event planning experience

The Londonderry School is seeking a Certified 5th/6th Grade Teacher.

As a teacher at Londonderry, you will be a part of a child centered preschool-8th grade program that is a family focused, supportive community where a warm, welcoming culture is nurtured, and parent involvement is highly encouraged. You will work in a LEED-certified, green building, have access to an off-grid classroom space, and be able to enjoy the outdoors on our 14-acre campus. Teachers at Londonderry School enjoy a 35- hour work week, 180 day school year with various breaks throughout, and have access to health & dental benefits. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field. We are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, so you must be eligible for or possess a PA Private Academic School teaching certificate or a PA teaching certificate.
